21 Day Fix Results

It's Sunday, July 26 and today is the end of my 21 Day Fix journey.  For twenty-one days, I worked out almost every.single.day. and followed the eating plan the best I could- granted the spur of the moment camping trip #havetohavesmores, made it a bit challenging... But I stuck to it 85% of the time.
So here are the results:
I lost 5 lbs and 5 inches and gained 1/2 inch in my bicep.  (Remember, this is my second round using the eating plan... I've lost a total of 9 lbs now)
Am I happy with my results?
 Heck Ya!! 
I am the most impressed with losing two inches in my bust area- just in time to head to Cali to wear my new bathing suits :)

After doing T25 for 10 weeks and then doing 21 Day Fix for three weels, I feel as if this program targeted my "not so toned" areas- inner thighs, bust, upper arms and love handles.  These areas are SO MUCH MORE sculpted- like... I can't even get over it!  Needless to say, I'm thrilled with how my body transformed in just three weeks!!

Because I'm proof this program, along with T25, gets you in shape and teaches you how to eat healthy, I decided I wanted to help others achieve the same results and I am now a Beachbody Coach!   #wooohooo

I am beyond excited to help and encourage others, including you mamas,  establish a happy and healthy lifestyle for you and your family!!
